What differentiates SAP Commerce Cloud from other similar products?

Java and the Spring framework serve as the foundation for the SAP Commerce cloud stack. This makes it easier for the client to adapt and create unique integrations with any third-party systems. Customers can design their frontends in any UI framework thanks to SAP Commerce Cloud's headless architecture and distinct API layer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The SAP Commerce Cloud assisted the client in offering its customers a self-service portal through which they could communicate with their dealers and sales staff, access the most recent company and equipment information, manage their fleet and organizational structure, and order services and replacement parts. The company's customer and dealer engagement has improved as a result of this digital transformation effort. The construction equipment industry's and India's first Spartacus adoption.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To construct dashboards and reports, it ought to come with some libraries. Additionally, the oData interfaces with non-SAP applications should have had a simpler path.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The use of SAP Commerce Cloud within the company has helped to maintain and increase its development because the weekly reports inspire us to improve every week and every month; we can better manage time to complete the most tasks; we focus on the initiatives that have a positive impact on the business; and, finally, we offer the best service to customers by keeping their information in the cloud to address them in a personalized way.

What differentiates SAP Commerce Cloud from other similar products?

SAP works better when We have other SAP products that are irreplaceable, also when it comes to customization it makes it better to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it improves sales flows, it has high scaling you should not worry about how your store grows or if you need to add more things, it has a good follow-up of users which generates more potential sales by knowing their interests, it has good online support they have solved all our doubts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

we have to investigate by ourselves there is not good documentation, the price is a bit high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works for businesses of all sizes and also provides the flexibility to customize the code as needed. The management of OOB catalogs and user access, promotions engine have been very useful to help our customers.
