What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors Learning from other similar products?

The large capacity of customization and configuration to make the LMS matching your needs and requirements. SF Learning is also highly integrated with various ecosystem and can be piloted by a bot to automate some processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The content management system and the curriculum features. It is enough complete to match various type of requirements and situations without customization but simply by using standard features. The roadmap for non validated LMS looks also very nice especially when you want to integrate it with the rest of the SF modules or with Microsoft VIVA

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of user experience compared to other product of the market. There are clearly space for improvement here to enhance the learning experience and attract people in the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is solid solution for a validated/gxp environment. You will be able to secure your business, qualification and compliance with all features of this LMS
