Database HANA and content storage , integrations with the complete suite , new reporting systems , easy admin work , BPT

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use , Readable configurations , ability to integrate with other modules , community that SAP provides

What do you dislike most about this product?

Less customizations , no bulk removals available,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If large company with many HR modules , please go ahead. But LMS as a stand-alone system is not great.
