Too many areas covered, so you need to have a clear definition prior to moving forward

What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?

Not much is different that you can't get from any other competitor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrates with many different programming languages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Test performance is horrid, especially if you have to use their tunneling software to test an internal site. The latency is so high and parallelization is capped per licensing that it could take ten times longer to run your tests through Sauce Labs than locally. Additionally, if you don't pay an absorbent amount for customer support (phone), then you will get an offshore specialist that replies to your emails the next day with unhelpful advice, which will result in more delays in email support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try to avoid. All competitors are very similar with high latency, so think about procuring the mobile devices you need and modify your test framework to include test parallelization natively via web browser.

What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?

They are continually looking to increase their offerings either by acquisitions or internal development

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Support is top-notch, insanely responsive, and very helpful. Also, their products just work and have rare downtime.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it is very slow at times - need to rework the latency issues

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research on all browser/device farm providers. There are differences, and clear pluses and minuses to all.
