I can't give you an honest answer on this, this is the first time I've had an interaction like this before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to practice over and over.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes you get points taken off when you actually do something right.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend someone else giving it a try, its not perfect but it does help you practice your sales pitch and get it down packed.
