Additionally, pricing is not transparent, requiring direct contact with the sales team for quotes, which can be frustrating for businesses looking for upfront cost estimates.

What differentiates Seismic Learning from other similar products?

Lessonly differentiates itself from other employee training software by offering a highly engaging, interactive learning experience that includes gamification elements and personalized learning paths.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best aspects of Lessonly is its focus on engaging, interactive learning that makes training more enjoyable and effective for employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting and content management aspects can be tough to stay organized and manage unless your team is using an agreed upon set of naming conventions, course/module/curriculum structure, and tagging usage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend making sure there's a clear content naming and organization structure established pre-implementation -- the way Lessonly's content management and tagging system works, you will need to have a clear picture of the nodes that will appear to learners when logging in their first time. It can also be very helpful, especially as a small team (3 or less) to ensure mid-level leadership is aware of simple ways to get 1) reports, and 2) assign content.
