Selenium is a Web based automation testing tool. It was supports only web application not window based application

What differentiates Selenium from other similar products?

I think other similar products fail to have awesome graphics like Selenium has. It offers open source library which really proves helpful to the users. Its ease of use fascinates users. Even if you have minimal understanding of testing you can easily use it. There is no need to learn specific coding. Its weight is light as compare to other testing tools. I appreciate the way it aids debugging in numerous applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The two most favorite aspects of Selenium are the recording and playback functionalities. Moreover it offers ease of Debugging if there occur any kind of issues in test cases. It is effective for both manual as well as automated testing. It is a great way of recording test scenarios. It is one of the fastest ways of recording test cases. It offers unique ways of integration with other automation tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Selenium is doing a great job but in rare cases it fails to handle complex web pages and as well as tabs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is best ever software testing tool. It offers wide range of interesting options for debugging. Also it gives you excellent recording capabilities so that you can keep your records secure enough.
