What differentiates Selenium from other similar products?

I am developing software, and I utilize automation testing to verify its qualities, such as its operation and ability to be responsive and progressive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an open-source project that offers a single interface for writing scripts in a variety of programming languages, including Python, Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and others. Second, because it is open-source, anyone in the world can contribute to it. It is utilized for testing high-end applications using automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since it is open-source, anyone can contribute. However, I believe that very few people are familiar with how to utilize this program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Selenium in numerous projects across the organization, and we have built our own internal wrapper framework around it, and I can say that Selenium is reliable in the majority of cases. Selenium has many features that are awesome when compared to paid solutions available, and it solves a lot of daily web automation needs in many companies. Despite being open source, there are frequent updates from the community and numerous new features, including auto-healing scripts.

What differentiates Selenium from other similar products?

Selenium is a really helpful tool for us. It gives us Peace of mind by reducing all of our past issues. For example, it assists us in lightening the load placed on manual testing. Multiple browsers are supported, and from a financial standpoint, so we are able to make a good salary.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Following are the aspects that are adorable in Selenium: 1. The majority of my usage is for automation testing. 2. Include a collection of Selenium test cases for each development module to assist test the functionality of the module. 3. Automating the appropriate set of scenarios would undoubtedly reduce manual testing labor by 10% to 30%. 4. Customer support team is trustworthy and eligible to resolve problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The first thing I hated in Selenium is that a person should be knowledgeable about technology and have experience automating tests for it. Second thing is that the tool is really expensive, which is disturbing our budget badly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A full-stack autonomous software is Selenium; as it offers an add-on called Selenium IDE that works with a variety of web browsers. It also assists us in automating testing procedures, eliminating the possibility of human error. Its platform is simple to use, and deployment is simple. You must have it.
