What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

This platform offers simple to use, yet very efficient tools for email delivery and authentication. It allows to generate a very pleasant workflow between developers and marketers. It helps to obtain very useful and accurate metrics to improve decision making.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a nice user interface, simple to navigate and the email authentication management is very versatile. I really like that it offers a centralized view of messaging and marketing automation is very quick and easy to create. The customization options are very nice and it makes it easy to edit layouts without changing the coding structure. It enhances collaborative work between marketers and developers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only aspect I have to mention is that their customer support team does not respond in a timely manner to our requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very effective platform to interact with customers and be always connected with them, it has fabulous capabilities for sending email, I recommend its implementation.

I think is very similar to other product but is not cheap as others
