What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

It is simple, fat and easy to use and understand. It is quiet intuitive and fast. User can track how many people have opened their emails and when. The GUI is simple and neat for use. The integration is great with other applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It contains a number of templates which helps the user in creating the email. The customer support system is accurate and fast. It responses to people within 24 hours. It allows user to customize with negligible amount of interruptions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The number of languages this platform operate in are less. It should add more languages so that higher number of people from different parts of world can use and understand it better. The documentation feature is limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should be available in various languages of the world. The documentation feature should be improved and made better. This would attract higher number of people.

What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

It offers great scalability to a growing list of email recipients. Also integration with CRM is a lot easier without having to use Zapier API.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sendgrid is a very reliable product, it never let me down in crucial stages when I needed the email campaign to be working with high level of precision. The tracking metrics of the emails are crucial insights to the effectiveness of the campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization options are lesser in Sendgrid in comparison to the other solutions available in the market. For running highly targeted campaigns, I needed to get it custom coded, which Sendgrid can not facilitate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although the free version of Sendgrid lets you do 100 emails per day, you will need to get the full version for enhancing compatibility of this tool.
