The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Sendible from other similar products?
Sendible is less expensive and has the features that are most important to me. For example, we can create GMB posts using old tools, but we can't schedule them. One of the main reasons I switched to Sendible was because of this. I looked into the other options as well but ultimately decided that Sendible was the best fit for my needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I'm skeptical of the benefits of social media management platforms in general, believing that they encourage bad behavior for example, scheduling posts in advance to save time rather than using social media as a live, responsive, and engaging comms tool, or blasting out identical content to platforms with very different purposes and audiences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool requires some prior knowledge that makes our newbie uncomfortable. Outside of Firefox, it appears that functionality is very limited. I've noticed glitches in a classic mode that force me to delete all of my services and start over.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe Sendible can be easily customized. You can also make really effective changes to some services on the fly, which is very useful. Because of the user-friendly interface, this product is ideal for those who are not necessarily tech-savvy. Sendible is also useful when working with a group of writers or team members.

What differentiates Sendible from other similar products?
It is a program that is very easy to use and has good customer service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As you can see, Sendible has several advantages. It's great that they're always improving and adding new features to their platform. Instagram, Pinterest, and Google My Business (yes, you should be publishing there!) are all places where you may schedule content. Using the Canva integration, producing visuals is a lot simpler and faster than ever. Also, it's a breeze to add RSS feeds and curate fresh stuff.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd suggest their app, since I'm often on the move and it would be great to be able to publish stuff via the app. Because of this, the mobile platform isn't as user-friendly as the desktop one. I hope so, and it's more than likely already in progress.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There isn't a single suggestion that comes to mind. The only thing I can say is that Sendible is simple to understand and work with.

What differentiates Sendible from other similar products?
customer service is better than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sendible allows us to schedule content straight into the platform and then edit it for different platforms instead of generating a spreadsheet and uploading it three, four, or five times. With this, we've saved an enormous amount of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sendible's customer service team responds quickly to any difficulties, and they've done an excellent job so far.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Customer service at Sendible is top-notch. I highly recommend it. Sendible is here to help you with any trial, whether it's a monthly webinar or an automatic response rate tracking system. In addition, I'm kept informed of any platform updates or enhancements by the business.
