What differentiates Sendoso from other similar products?
With a high demand for marketers and salespeople, Sendoso is a place where the platform has been of great help to our sales and marketing teams to consolidate customer engagement and/or a promotion. Every time a customer participates in our promotion program and redeems points for rewards they provide us with product reviews, testimonials or case studies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Excellent method for gift and swag options for potential customers thus creating an increased retention rate as well as making setting up a shipment within the interface is relatively easy and your automatic email updates on the shipment are a great way to stay on top of the current status of that shipment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Being in another type of territory the gifting options are different like the state of Canada where it only allows Amazon cards. And no other kind of better options for your customers. As also a tool to integrate notifications when the budget is about to expire to stay on top of everything as well as return the budget to sales if the prospects do not redeem their gift on time in a good determined time of weeks and not months.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With this platform you can solve gift shipment problems by being able to easily incentivize your customers as well as prospects or subordinates elsewhere. The speed at which these gift shipments are made, a card or something unique, is what builds trust in Sendoso. I have definitely pushed prospects to the point of making a meeting or moving it forward with this platform.

What differentiates Sendoso from other similar products?
Without having to rely on a complete strategic marketing play for each account, expanding account-based marketing touches as a pipeline generation tactic with the broader sales team has been crucial for ensuring that direct mail is utilized effectively across regional sales organizations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to work with Salesforce and customize specific campaigns. This feature has been a significant factor in the implementation of regional field marketing campaigns. I love being able to upload a spreadsheet and send multiple gifts or gift cards to attendees after an event. Amazing way to save time!
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is difficult to know where something is in the shipping process in real-time, and shipping can take a long time. This is getting better as a result of their numerous improvements, and I anticipate that they will continue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Options, including inventory options, robust direct marketplace options, and e-gift options.Very simple to enable and quickly operational. My sales team's sends can be easily managed with Sendoso. The CSM is quick to respond and readily available when managing a marketing campaign!
