Automation of marketing campaigns using system defined user segments and actions Insightful data presentation to track marketing and AB experiments Integration with inhouse tech and chatbot services is fairly quick and simple It's value for money

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Helps reduce reliance on big team sizes for marketing and brings efficiency Using the actionable insights we have been able to meet our marketing targets months before deadlines It's very easy to use and quick to generate any campaigns

What do you dislike most about this product?

The technical and product team can be more empathetic to user requirements however they are able to propose some solution The assessability and knowledge of the team can be further improved to quickly set the context The new updates take time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go through the training modules before you start using the tool to be super effective. Make sure to explore the email and campaign templates to target the users for better conversions
