You need an entire staff in order to run this ITSM

Integrates with everything but the integrations usually are very cumbersome to do

Just trying to get anything done in this product I need to hire a service now professional developer

I can download the reports in few seconds and can customise each report as per requirement

Latest update of this product is not much good in terms of graphics
