It automatically routes documents for approval, sends notifications and tracks everything for us in Marketing department and it easily accessible by everyone meanly those with mobile.

It has improved on how it shares and collaborates on large files. It is good on big files.

What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?

As seen with the competitors, a unique selling proposition of the ShareFile was the branded client portals. These customizable spaces enable junior digital marketing managers to arrive at professional, on-brand platforms for sharing promotional content and campaign updates. This shows the need to have a proper branding system, which can help in consistent branding during the interaction with different clients in order to build the necessary image and trust.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a user friendly interface, which allows users to upload and sort promotional material in a very easy way. Data encryption and passwords used in the platform guarantee that sensitive information relating to the campaigns cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons. Also, the versioning function allows for avoiding difficulty in navigation by always showing the current content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The collaborative editing options could be developed further. Such integration of real-time co-editing would help in making the review of the marketing materials seamless. This would do away with the need for different versions, and this will help in minimizing misunderstandings between team members and clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The branded portals for each client have also made a very big difference for us when it comes to communication. The audiences like to have one store where they can access all the campaign information as well as the updates. The main advantage is that the clients can input information with nuclear permissions so that only the important person can view it. I must admit that ShareFile has been a game changer, especially when it comes to sharing and collaborating on marketing projects.
