I would say what mainly differentiates share file from other products on the market is the simplistic ease of access for both the user and I.T. during the initial setup process. In addition, the program is very user friendly and very dummy proof to the point where anyone can use the software and understand it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I would say my favorite aspect of the product is the simplistic user interface that offers a variety of options without forcing the user to use set options if they don't want to.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot think of anything that I do not like with this product. I've only ever had one issue when I was initially setting up the software, and the tech support team got it fixed in a matter of minutes

If you are looking for a simple but user friendly software with optional increased features that allow for upgraded connectivity between the software and the systems used by your company, this is the product for you.

ShareFile seamlessly integrates with Windows, allowing me to upload files and open shared documents as if they were local. It's so easy to use, too! Plus, the convenient plugins for Microsoft Office apps make it a breeze to save Office files directly to my ShareFile folders. ShareFile is easy to incorporate into your daily workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface may be a bit overwhelming, but the benefits of ShareFile far outweigh these minor UX problems, and mobile use is always improving. Accessing files on the go is our main concern, while using the desktop apps in-office is smooth. We understand that navigating some of the more advanced admin features

The capabilities specifically target the needs of IT professionals, making managing data and projects incredibly simple with our secure collaboration, robust access controls, and remote accessibility.
