What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?

Giving the company a quick and resourceful technique for transferring emails and data has been resolved. Customers are now more receptive when they trust us with all of their personal information. ShareFile enables small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain comments and approvals on any file quickly and securely, which boosts productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can create time-saving processes and securely access files on any device with ShareFile. ShareFile provides an easy-to-use, cloud-based online interface. It offers incredible capability and interfaces with a wide range of tools. One of ShareFile's key benefits is how easy it is to use. Sharing large documents is remarkably quick and simple thanks to the Outlook add-in. We may upload as many files and documents as we like without worrying that there won't be enough room for them in the cloud because it has enough storage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Citrix ShareFile performed flawlessly. So far, no problem has appeared.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool offers live training sessions, a thorough onboarding process, and phone and email access to technical assistance for you and your clients. It is helpful since you can upload large files and email them to customers and staff. Its user interface is straightforward to use and has enough choices to suit your demands.

What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?

Sharefile handles the problem of securely storing documents (digitally) and sharing documents with others. I can upload papers that clients may access whenever they want. It is particularly effective for delivering and receiving large data in a secure and timely manner. This service may be managed centrally and accessed from different devices and platforms. This solution has made securely exchanging information with partners and consultants easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharefile includes various options that make it simple to use the program, including desktop and mobile apps, the ability to attach files securely or exceeding specified size limitations, and interfaces with other software such as RightSignature. The product is offered in both cloud-based and on-premises configurations. It is simple to install and configure, and it lets you to share huge files with others. It includes software/add-ons for Outlook, mobile devices, and other platforms. You can also sync material; file transfer is quick, and you may tweak the application's look to some extent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This software has some drawbacks, managing folder permission settings for all users with administrator privileges is not easy. Upload notification settings are easily lost and capturing/restoring is a hassle. Automatic payment when changing a subscription that was changed and Citrix support was not able to contact you after leaving a message). There is a problem with configuring Citrix ShareFile for high availability. From an end-user perspective, I wish there was a more relaxed way to customize the look of the product interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a high-quality, secure managed file transfer solution supported by knowledgeable assistance, Citrix ShareFile is the solution, you may choose between cloud-based and on-premises storage.
