What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a web platform that allows us to upload files and securely share them with individuals inside and outside the business. We may limit user rights when sharing files with them. I enjoy the options for collaboration and customisation, and ShareFile can be combined with other products such as Microsoft Office 365. One of the things I enjoy best about ShareFile is that it allows us to produce download links with simplicity, allowing us to offer access to exclusive files to other coworkers, collaborators, and even clients; it's simple to configure permissions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One disadvantage of ShareFile is its initial setting; it is complicated if you do not have technical expertise; nonetheless, we have found it straightforward to use utilizing the mobile app, online app, and even the Outlook extension. The only thing I don't like about this program is that the recipient of the file must have a ShareFile account in order for you to view the files he has shared with you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's ideal for huge files that you want to access in one spot, and it's also ideal for sharing with the same individual several times. You can view your history and old files, and its design makes it quite easy to use. I found it really handy with huge files and data, particularly if you need to transmit it to a large number of individuals. Sharing external files with consultants and contractors. It enables on-the-fly version control without requiring setup changes and helps us to make better use of our time while sharing, evaluating, and marking up papers as a group. ShareFile helps us meet our obligation to take reasonable precautions to secure our customers' confidential/personal information by facilitating internal and external communication. We are giving the consultants pretty huge Revit models to collaborate on, and Outlook limits the size of the file and what we can natively communicate via it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ShareFile distinguishes itself from other web-based storage solutions by synchronizing and delivering the data I use and share with others to my laptop via system security/encryption and the Windows Explorer extension. ShareFile is simple to use, allows me to quickly develop the abilities of others, and is safe enough that I know my data will not be lost. Citrix Content Collaboration has the unique notion of allowing simple access to all platforms, with the best aspect being that all apps are available in one location for quick access.

The ability to communicate sensitive material securely and collaborate with tools like Dropbox and Google Drive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is difficult to upload large files making the experience lower than expected structure can be on the higher side.

Even though the cost is high for small enterprises, it is simple to use and delivers an excellent result
