What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?
It enables the safe sharing of a huge number of files both within and outside of the company. The biggest advantage of using ShareFile in our business is the peace of mind that comes with having a location to host and keep our information secure; its connection with Outlook has greatly eased the process of exchanging files via email; Being hosted in the cloud allows us to view our files from anywhere with an internet connection and allows us to collaborate on papers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a web platform that allows us to upload files and securely share them with individuals inside and outside the business. We may limit user rights when sharing files with them. I enjoy the options for collaboration and customisation, and ShareFile can be combined with other products such as Microsoft Office 365. One of the things I enjoy best about ShareFile is that it allows us to produce download links with simplicity, allowing us to offer access to exclusive files to other coworkers, collaborators, and even clients; it's simple to configure permissions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One disadvantage of ShareFile is its initial setting; it is complicated if you do not have technical expertise; nonetheless, we have found it straightforward to use utilizing the mobile app, online app, and even the Outlook extension. The only thing I don't like about this program is that the recipient of the file must have a ShareFile account in order for you to view the files he has shared with you.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's ideal for huge files that you want to access in one spot, and it's also ideal for sharing with the same individual several times. You can view your history and old files, and its design makes it quite easy to use. I found it really handy with huge files and data, particularly if you need to transmit it to a large number of individuals. If you deal with individuals from various branches or places who need to collaborate on a project, ShareFile will be a perfect fit, "eliminating the physical distance" by lowering your costs for travel, tickets for corporate personnel, and so on.

What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?
we handle large client assets — ad creatives, video files, campaign reports — and need both secure sharing and simple client access. It is more tailored for external collaboration than generic storage
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its secure client portals are an absolute beast in the sense that they give clients easy access to campaign deliverables without forcing them into our internal systems. The ability to track downloads has also been useful in confirming client receipt of sensitive files
What do you dislike most about this product?
The sync client feels dated compared to newer tools, and the mobile experience could be smoother for external partners. Also, version control across multiple uploads sometimes leads to confusion if clients re-upload into the portal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Position ShareFile as your client-facing delivery tool, not your main internal storage. Train clients on how to use the portals early in onboarding to avoid repeated support requests. And pair it with your internal collaboration system so teams aren’t duplicating file handling.

What differentiates ShareFile from other similar products?
I am a fan of their portal online and how easy integrations with M365 products and G-Suite/Google Workspace were to do
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of transferring files to M365/ Googel Workspace
What do you dislike most about this product?
Connection to app resets itself and have to sign back into the product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
File sharing can be done a bunch of different ways on a bunch of different programs but this program is one of the better ones out there for sure!
