ShiftHound allows proper scheduling of employees, to ensure that every time there is a ready specialist to respond to an emergency. Secondly, ShiftHound has the ambulance management unit, a very responsive part in case an accident occurs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ShiftHound has the dispatch and call management, all coordinating to increase the efficiency of the program. The tool ahs the GPS tracking for the vehicles, so that a close follow up can be done.
What do you dislike most about this product?
ShiftHound has settings that are configurable, and this guarantees some flexibility and modification. The general capacity for ShiftHound is efficient, and progressively assists our facilities without compromise.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ShiftHound has made emergencies in the health sector manageable, as there is employees scheduling, ambulances are managed 24/7, and resources are always available. The call and dispatch allows the health premise to reach out to the victim or patient.
