My favorite aspect about Shopify is how swiftly it increases our brand awareness and productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't so many things that I dislike about Shopify but our Launch Rep was a nightmare to work with. He couldn't answer any of our questions without consulting with other team members. In addition every time we open their edit order app, it will flash the page so we must refresh the page for it to remain so that we can use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choosing the right platform for an eCommerce business is one of the most difficult decisions a company will ever face. Shopify Plus allows you to quickly open a store and start selling, which is very appealing. The main factors that may entice you to use it are its simplicity, low cost, and quickness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my experience I faced minor issues with it that can be covered with little effort, for example, the tool is a little pricey that cannot be afforded by everyone and the support team which is not good because when I need their need they are not available and not eligible to resolve issues.

Shopify Plus has a plethora of amazing and new features that we actually needed for our business. We can easily manage our stores from a single location and makes our IT staff easier with it that no other tool offered us before it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm facing two difficulties with this tool firstly it is necessary to charge additional transaction fees when collecting payments from some countries. secondly establishing and expanding a business requires some additional training. Lastly, a single product cannot have more than 100 versions.

Shopify Plus assists me in keeping my business running smoothly, primarily by preventing me from running out of goods. The inventory tracking feature alone is well worth the investment. Shopify Plus is fantastic; inventory, sales, and marketing management are all simple to use and at a reasonable cost.
