What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?
Shopify has a lot of features to offer. Woocommerce and others which I have used have many complexities and lacks so much features. Third-party review tools like trust pilot, Integration with your marketing channels, product categorization, comparative sales reports, and many such features makes it a one-stop solution to understand your business performance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The sales numbers generated via different marketing channels. This made it easy for us in understanding which marketing channel is paying off more to our business and was a critical factor in deciding our next marketing budget. For example, we noticed our social media ads weren't converting many sales but the SEO was, hence we reduced social media ad-spent and rather hired an SEO agency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI - in the section where it allows widgets to be plugged in or other add ons can be added - that area could have been simpler. It took us a good amount of time to add a plugin initially. Maybe a small hyperlink to a quick instruction pop up or a tutorial video could have made it easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can go for it! This is one of the most popular e-commerce site-building cum CRM cum inventory tracking cum sales reporting platform! For small businesses, especially a one-stop solution and you may not need any other tool to understand your business's performance. The support is also pretty decent and you can bank upon it. Best part Shopify is a very reliable platform and data security and encryption are very strong here

What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?
It provides very nice user interface with fully loaded tools to create a e-commerce websites in few minutes. It gives us to option choose free themes or paid themes based on our budget and start building e-commerce websites. We can export/import products and integrate with B2B sites like AliExpress or Wholesale2B and create fully automated drop shipping websites.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Shopify provide verity of tools/apps that make our e-commerce websites functionally rich. We can send automated order, inventory, payment and promotion.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its basic plan start with $29 per month which is more if some one running small business on selling in an specific area.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking to make a functionally rich and secure e-commerce websites they shopify is the best option to use. It will save your time and money. Even if you have no coding knowledge you can build your e-commerce websites in few hours.

Easy to use with some nice, intuitive features

What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?
The intuitive 'add ons' such as basket recovery tools which other CMS are lagging behind with.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and features which have been thought about from a users perspective.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features a little clunky - for example adding an informational pop up message to the site without using a separate (possibly paid for) app is quite long winded, not impossible, but harder than it should be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the trial and watch the help videos on YouTube.
