What differentiates Sign In Scheduling (formerly 10to8) from other similar products?

Flexible and affordable platform. We use this for staff scheduling only and don't use the client side booking/messaging or billing options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple way of booking our staff sessions with emails and SMS reminders to staff for appointments. Excellent integration with live calendaring so that our staff members can see immediately where they are working when.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Log on process on mobile.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Evaluate how the number of appointments/employees work for your organisation as there are some cliff edge pricing points. Give the product a trial and definitely evaluate the calendaring and sms integrations. Reminding our staff of forthcoming appointments on the day of surgery has eliminated our no shows.

What differentiates Sign In Scheduling (formerly 10to8) from other similar products?

Multiple calendar connections are possible! Most just let you pick one or two but for those who have 5 this worked out great with a little help from their teams. It also is very easy to see everyone's schedule at once and switch into individual view without having to log out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Time saver, organization, and reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost, isn't cost always the first response. Once you start using it though who cares with all the time you are saving, and ability to collect payments. Also reduce missed appointments with the reminder system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you write out everything you want, things you can live without. Use the free version to start and then ask for a demo with you list in front of you.

there are no good aspects of this products. they overpromise and underdeliver. please choose literally any other program

What do you dislike most about this product?

1 star only because -100 stars is not an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. we have been working with them since December 2024. we have had CONSTANT issues with the text messaging service, and running out of credits. which has caused us to lose bookings as they are not reminded in time. I have had to buy they most expensive monthly package AND have had to top up my sms's MORE THAN 3 times per month IN ADDITION to the monthly texts. I have constantly reached out to the support team with no responses.
