What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

Simpplr provided us that and much more by building a much larger operations center. We wanted a solution to facilitate communication between our office and field workers, one that felt like a social network to keep everyone interested, regardless of their technical abilities. Before Simpplr we used a Google site for a faux intranet with lots of arbitrarily shared files and documents on Google Drive. It used to be quite difficult for consumers to locate exactly what they were searching for; now, we can lead them to the information they want in a highly user-friendly style.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Setup was straightforward, and content creators of various skill levels were able to develop and administer sites. The original version was well received by our users. Simpplr provided us with all of the functionality we required and has continued to introduce new and exciting features over time. The onboarding and setup processes were fantastic and help was available at all times. Our account manager has been critical to our success, and we have developed a terrific working relationship.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The analytics feature does not currently support native user metrics for mobile apps and will be added in the near future, it cannot be implemented in existing Salesforce. We understand why this is the case because we are dealing with PHI and there are security risks. This made login a bit more difficult, as certain users were able to use two Salesforce logins.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great to learn more about your organization. You don't have to use the site too much. Just join the relevant community and receive email communications. This tool is highly recommended for companies that want to provide a space to post something that constantly informs, praises, motivates and encourages employees to do their best.

What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

Simpplr enhances culture, access to firm information, and social contact among employees. The company's and COVID expansion made it more difficult to retain them than in the past. Simpplr will assist in all of these areas by connecting and informing employees. Employees are now actively involved in developing material for the intranet, when previously it was sent and published by IT.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

After several months of research on different platforms i chose Simpllr, all boxes have been checked for overall look, functionality, ease of use, and security. It's very easy to boot and run while maintaining a strong and configurable state. The need for user training is minimal and users love this product it looks modern and can be customized a lot via graphics. There is a balance between information and social function. Creating and editing content is easy and there are multiple ways to attract users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like is that peer acceptance of Simpplr takes a long time. Some people believe it is difficult to utilize. It should increase the integration capability, as well as some other social media capabilities. They should also enhance the photographs on the page: more scaling options or the ability to utilize two distinct images for various sized regions would be beneficial.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simpllr takes some getting used to, but it's definitely worth it because it helps you connect with other members of different teams in your company. Simpplr connects with officemates to post important notices about the organization progress and news, congratulate employees, celebrate performance disseminate information about the current situation company leaders and employees, a great tool for gaining insights from company.

What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

Simpplr removes any boundaries that may exist between being a creator and a consumer of intranet content. The features are frequently quite beneficial, allowing for greater overall adoption. Because of our dispersed staff, mobile presence was critical. In our prior system, we also had very few individuals who were comfortable developing material without direct IT participation. As a result we had fewer content contributors and material was not filtered as regularly as it should have been. Simpplr makes site administration simple, and the ability to delegate content development tasks has resulted in interesting and meaningful material.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use from the end user's and administration's perspectives. This platform simplifies both activities, requiring little time or talent to give meaningful answers to the corporation as a whole. I enjoy the analysis, search, and speed with which users may succeed with the tool, as well as the end user adoption, with Simpplr our users can succeed with little to no instruction. More content creators than ever before are producing useful and relevant material.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't many things Simpplr continues to grow/expand the platform, thus features that may be missing are taken seriously from user feedback in order to constantly enhance the platform with future versions. We had a few of major integrations that weren't accessible when we began but have subsequently been handled in quarterly updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Request a product trial so you can interact with the platform and find out if it can really suit your needs.
