What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

It truly is easier to use than other competitors. I've been at a number of companies and feel at home when Simpplr is in the log in screen.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Search capabilities are seamless and get me relevant results almost instantly. Only slow down is the network I am currently on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I particularly dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a buy once, cry once situation. You can find other options that are slightly less money, but they will break and you will have to spend time fixing them.

Was very happy with the simplicity of the application as well as their attention to customer care + service throughout implementation and beyond.

They roll out a lot of cool product features but mainly those features are behind a hefty paywall to utilize.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While the end-user front end of the platform is very easy to use, make sure you have the right team of people for implementation because thinking through everything and getting it right is tricky.
