What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, it is useful to clean, combine and connect data from different sources such as AWS, creating a dashboard and regular reports is quick and easy. The csv to excel export function is very useful, writing SQL queries is easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A place for data visualization.

I feel like Sisense is very easy to used compared to competitors, and it has a great initiation guide for new users to start implementing it into their business, I think Sisense does a great job in getting powerful analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My most favorite aspect is the visualization of the data, it's entirely customizable and I can organize it however I want, it has a very stunning platform that is easy to work with and the management of the data for business analysis works great and allows us to understand the data recorded in our platforms and have a clear vision of how we want to follow up with our sales projects. Another favorite aspect of Sisense is that it's perfect for understanding our revenue and risks, as well as understanding aspects of all our sales based on region.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sisense is a bit slow at times, as well as it is costly for a small business like ours, but they're slowly improving their service. I also dislike the fact that their customer service is not responsive and doesn't do a great job at solving issues regarding the functionality of the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very helpful and great Business Intelligence tool and I would recommend it to people who want to get basic reports of their data, especially if you're working on sales, it's great for sorting out different KPIs that are important to your business' success.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Indexing tables, particularly pivot tables, might be indexed more frequently, upgrades to later versions have been necessitated by complicated security mechanisms. I'd want to resize the tabs over numerous rows and update the aesthetics. It might take a long time to load the panels, resulting in a poor user experience. If none of the users utilize a board, your cube continues to eat memory, increasing total memory usage and consequently load time, Sisense widget customisation is lacking.
