There are a wide variety of widgets to choose from to create powerful visualizations. Sisense has created a great community for people to share tips and tricks. You have the option of creating your own plugins or reusing plugins provided by other Sisense users. Storing metadata in MongoDB is one of the best things Sisense can do. It speeds up dashboard performance and significantly speeds up data rendering. The Sisense plugin is very useful for designing dashboards and displaying ready-to-use features on dashboards. It's also readily available in the Sisense community.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sisense management is not simple, the management of the servers is extremely difficult and time-consuming. From development to production, the cube implementation takes a long time. Furthermore, the logging procedures are inadequate; if a cube fails, it is extremely difficult to determine the cause and the same is true for a sluggish server or dashboard failure. Date aggregation gets difficult if you don't keep your data on a regular basis. The widget setting has a few small flaws: autoscaling occasionally fails when using multiple types of charts (combo charts).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sisense should be your first choice if you're seeking for an integrated BI solution. Supporting hundreds of millions of entries without a separate BI optimized database might be problematic. Sisense, on the other hand, is arguably the most cost-effective choice if your data sets are modest. I strongly advise you to use Sisense to address your end-to-end reporting and analytics problem. You'll be able to solve your problem quickly and naturally.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sisense permits users to view the report as a whole, or they can dive deeper by drilling down specific information points to check the underlying data. In addition, Sisense offers some AI capabilities that perform further analysis for you. It’ straightforward to make dashboards for quick essential metrics. We even have monitoring & alerting set up. It connects to our DBs pretty quickly, and that we can question them to figure out anything relating to an incident. What do you dislike most about this product?

Their support hours and response times didn’t at all align with our company’s operating hours or expectations. The number of time our development team had to repeatedly spend away from rising our software system to urge Sisense to work and keep working was way too much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sisense is an incredibly powerful tool that is a comprehensive information analysis and visualization tool all in one. I’d extremely think about it for the tremendous price that it brings across groups in my organization.

We develop and improve multiple panels according to business needs. It's easy to develop such a valuable board in a short amount of time. Sisense makes it easy to create and report cubes. Sisense comes with a monitor itself, so it's easy to manage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Basic and entry-level data visualization may be generated in a very short period of time. It has its own elastic bucket management, making it a reasonably self-contained architecture. There is a test tool provided that makes it simple to understand and test. Filters and graphs In Sisense, there are several visualizations available that are ideal for communicating measurements using the appropriate charts. We conducted various trials in order to develop our plugin for one of our requirements. We were able to effortlessly build and prototype the plugins.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As the number of widgets in the dashboard increases, the dashboard loads very slowly. Variable filters like those available in Tableau are not supported. Internet traffic goes through HTTP / 1.1, so if your dashboard has a lot of widgets, it will be a little slower to respond. Documentation and tutorials are not immediately available on the internet. There is no suitable forum for Sisense inspiration panels and applications for advanced users. Tutorials for advanced features such as API, Javascript embedding, and JAQL are not available. Some advanced formulas are not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sisense offers a nice user interface and functions. You'll learn as you go while fulfilling the needs of the business user. If you're coming from another tool, don't jump right into the complex capabilities and usages. Begin with the basic panels and progressively progress to the advanced features at your own speed.
