What do you dislike most about this product?

Sisense management is not simple, the management of the servers is extremely difficult and time-consuming. From development to production, the cube implementation takes a long time. Date aggregation gets difficult if you don't keep your data on a regular basis. Their support hours and response times didn’t at all align with our company’s operating hours or expectations. The number of time our development team had to repeatedly spend away from rising our software system to urge Sisense to work and keep working was way too much.
