The channel in the Slack is so good where we can do both public as well as private channel chat.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For chat, we can involve client who is outside our organisation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn't have reporting which is crucial for Sales team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a seamless communication with ur internal & external team. Go for slack.
