What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
The AI powered tool is the best for communication between the team members via text, video and audio. The customization is also a USP of this product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The extend of customization is the most favourite aspect. One can change it which suits our team needs . Also we can use it via laptop and mobile and it works great on both.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free version of Slack has very limited features so an organization with large number of employees ultimately has to switch to the paid version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a tool for communicating within the organisation especially in a remote setting then probably Slack is the best tool for it.
