What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a reputation for being easy to use and intuitive with modern interface that makes it accessible for all kind of users. It allow users to quickly find messages, files and other content with their workspace. It's thread feature keep related messages together.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While dealing with large files or with many active users there are some performance issues, such as slow loading, laggy interfaces.
