The best feature of Slack is that it allows one to collaborate with external organizations and it smoothly integrates with Jira and Google Drive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the feature of the ability to create groups for privately focused conversations and emoji reactions to messages.

Slack relies on third-party app integration for managing workflows which could be an issue.

It’s the central hub that everything else can revolve around.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I’ve recovered lost info from months back just because Slack’s search makes it so easy to locate everything you need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s great to have everything in one spot, but unless you dial in the settings just right, it can feel like you’re drowning in notifications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Create a clear system early on, or you’ll end up with a chaotic mix of random conversations and important updates. It’s easy for things to get messy if you’re not disciplined.
