I can turn any message into a task, assign it to a team member and get notified when the task is done
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can send voice messages besides just writing text. I need one account only to be a member of several teams or projects at once
What do you dislike most about this product?
You can only send a limited number of messages with the free plan. The Standard and the Plus are the best for medium businesses
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Stay simple with Slack but also have enough powerful features which teams need to work effectively.

It helps you to provide your status like busy , sleeping , out of office which helps to keep others updated about you , You can easily schedule , message , post document .

Slack has limited file storage which becomes frustrating sometimes

Slack is an amazing product who are looking for community , business, IT field . It helps to keep whole team updated with pending task , quick sharing , reminders , business meeting scheduling

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Working with Slack made it easy for us to make group collaborations within the workspace, it is a system that allowed us to communicate quickly, effectively and privately. Its link with other platforms with email service provides the distribution of information with all users in a synchronized way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to share screens between users simultaneously so that all members can interact with different ideas in real time. With Slack we can control and schedule meetings which promotes high productivity among members by uploading high quality documents to chats and channels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface of the application changes with each device this can cause the user experience is not the same. Compared to other Slack software it can be a bit more expensive, although the experience is worth everything you pay for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is required to improve the way in which notifications are displayed on the screen to have easy access to each channel, chat or user comment, this is a tool that allowed us to get a better communication process but could be faster avoiding the momentary collapse every time you try to start a video call.
