What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

The speed. Though Slack performs so many operations, we get to use it effortlessly. Where as the other products, there is always issues with the page loading or the buffering while you search some text.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Slack integrates most of the third party applications like outlook, google calendar and many more applications that we use daily. This automatically changes the status based on the schedule that is there in the calendar. This is one of the best features I have seen in this product. It is user friendly and I love the UI. So these points stand out and make this product a different one than the other products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I dislike about this product is the lack of read receipt( to know if the text is read or not). It is one of essential features is what I feel.

If you are looking for a great integration and collaboration tool, you got it handy. Please go for it.

In Slack, team communication is extremely effective. It supports file sharing as well as messaging calling. Integrates easily with third-party tools such as Bitbucket. I like how it organizes all of those groups and makes it simple to navigate. I can create different workspaces for different groups as well as channels for various departments. It is cross-platform compatible, so I can easily access it from any device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When it comes to business communication, Slack is unrivaled. There are a few things I'd like to see improved, such as the ability to completely delete text; currently, you can only edit the text you sent but not delete it. If you are on a free plan, old messes will also vanish. Aside from that, it's an excellent piece of software.

Slack is highly recommended by me if you are looking for a reliable communication tool that can do almost everything you want and is simple to use.
