Great collaboration tool

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Community unites the whole company, features, transformation, and stability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
3rd party integrations, you can do what you want, literally can integrate with everything, the best chatops tool. Huddle is a great addition. Work with vendors in one place, if they agree to join of course.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Calls can be improved, too delay before call is established. One window for calls would be nice.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool is good for communication, shared and private channel creation, but it's best as a chatops solution, you can integrate everything, so do it wisely, check if everything is needed, or you get a bunch of channels with red dot notifications.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack is convenient, fun, and a powerful tool for connecting with other employees in your company. Its integrations with other programs are what really makes it shine for me- that and the ease of use. Slack is my go-to messaging platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy it is to contact my coworkers. I find this product much easier to use (and a lot more fun) than Google chat. It's easy to keep open on another monitor and have running in the background. The channel feature makes it easy to keep track of specific topics and add people or groups of people into the conversation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I honestly don't have any complaints as an end-user. I think this product is phenomenal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's definitely worth investing it, this is a wonderful product.
