What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

Its very easy to use as compared to any other similar product

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The instant messaging feature makes the communication effective. The groups or channels on the other hand makes everyone in the company to work together

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video and voice calling and screen sharing is a pain. Never good enough

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its an essential tool making everyone in company to work together as a team. It enhances productivity and visibility of each task

You are able to easily find messages and documents sent in the past.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The file sharing is not great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need something with file sharing, find something else. Otherwise, great tool!
