What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
How slack integrates with other software we use is the differentiating feature for us to choose slack over competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In order to stay with Slack we really needed the recently added huddles feature. Previously we had to use Discord for a similar feature but using it in combination with Slack was a chore so we are glad to use one tool now.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I feel like I experience some bugs or inconsistencies on the mobile app from time to time
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is great if you have many tools with notifications what you want to consolidate in one place with your team messaging.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack is loaded with a lot of features and is developed in such a way that very minimal or no training is required to efficiently use the tool. It is cost-effective for enterprise usage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Search is my favorite feature and I use it very frequently. Sometimes I wonder how difficult it would have been without this.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am using it for the last 3 years but I have not found anything that I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone looking for a cost-effective corporate messaging tool with lots of features and practically no downtime can choose this.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It has integrations with basically anything you want or need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s reliable and easy to use. I can get notifications on any device and respond accordingly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They are expanding their offerings. Which might now sound like a bad thing, but it’s diverting their focus. Beginning to be a master of none situation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to get your team using a single communication tool. This is it. It integrates with all of our other services and tools. Works perfectly for our business.
