Sometimes sync between mobile and desktop doesn’t work correctly.

It‘s a great tool and you can integrate it with other software, for example with Jira.

It is very easy to use yet much professional. Different types of availability status are very useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's fantastic to be able to immediately interact with anyone within the company, whether it's through a personal chat, a group chat, or a channel, with such ease and convenience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI feels a bit outdated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improve UI without losing its own authenticity.
