What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Hands down the best option out there for a business chat tool. Ease of use, simple implementation, and wide variety of integrations available are second to none.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A must-have for a remote work environment. Allows quick and easy communication within teams, on specific topics, and for direct conversations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The voice calling and screen sharing features are a bit clunky. They get the job done in a pinch, but I prefer a dedicated screen sharing tool like Zoom for that feature. Luckily, Slack already has a Zoom integration so we can use it to launch Zoom calls directly from Slack.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a business chat platform, this is the one to use.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Very easy to use. You can create Project and choose to whom you wish to Collaborate. Very easy when working in teams and effective communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can check progress or status on a project. You can see a color bar to measure progress or percentage or create a milestone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has alot of potential to be more effective and more productive if Slack adds more departments such as Accounting on their templates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with the free trial and get a sense of how to move around and navigate and ask yourself how this tools will benefit the business or organization.

It's very easy to use and flawless when it comes to communication and file sharing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
File sharing and communication. Managing and dealing with different teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
complex to manage different channels and log in to them with channel names that you won't even remember if you are working with dozens of them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Absolute best and you should consider it for all your remote work and client communications.
