What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Ease of use and constant improvements - adding value. I have come from a traditional way of working and was able to embrace slack immediately seeing it as a benefit from the outset. I enjoy using the application and find it helpful in increasing mine and the teams productivity. I find the constant updates refreshing and feel like they improve the experience each time. e.g huddles
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the way that slack enables remote working and allows us as a very small team to be as productive as possible at all times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I struggle to find anything I dislike about slack as a productivity tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it 100% it will really help but ensure the entire embraces it to get the most out of it

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
The ability to restrict specific discussion topics to specific areas using the channel features, adds organization to all levels of collaboration and communication which users can have on Slack, within a company. This is a major area of differential for me using Slack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easily accessible for me. I don’t need to mandatorily download Slack as a software or even restrict myself to use on just mobile devices. I am provided with a variety of ways to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I strongly think that Slack misses the opportunity to allow users like myself do more. The lack of provisions to assign task or even properly manage projects with Slack, makes it just a tool for collaboration styled discussions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is a collaboration styled communication program for me. Therefore, I recommend organized wanting to encourage collaborations between members of staff.
