What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack is competitive in terms of setting up asynchronous notifications, calendar syncing, and the ability to send messages outside of business hours, especially when someone is working after hours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Slack is easy to use and install and allows you to share files and information with members of your colleagues and also allows you to have the application on your phone and use it from your browser.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like about Slack is that it can sometimes be slow, possibly due to a bad internet connection.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Slack is a powerful collaboration tool that allows quick setup and access to public and private channels, as well as simple text communication and quick access to recent messages.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It has a very user friendly interface and is highly intuitive compared to other similar products
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It improve communication between departments as well as the ability to contact and notify people quickly. It's customer service is top notch . Also it is a very user friendly platform
What do you dislike most about this product?
I honestly don't have anything,I can't imagine what could improve
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, slack never disappoint and it's well suited for medium and large organization and it improves communication across departments
