Collaboration with other tools is really great

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Once you're a paying member, you have access to the "guest" feature, which is really useful. Needless to say, it is quite valuable as a communication medium for our business, but I feel it is especially important since we can transfer guest authority to other corporations and external individuals and build channels. Furthermore, the degree of collaboration with other tools is really powerful, and I feel that the notification function of the launch of "Wrike," etc., as well as collaboration with Google's general applications, has significant value.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simple to automate desired activities, workflows, and so on, and non-engineers may develop automation settings to increase job efficiency. It is simple to collaborate with Google Calendar. It's also relatively simple to share the screen in its current state if necessary and set up and preparation time has been decreased. You can confirm what occurred before you participate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe it depends on the features you want, the points that are difficult to understand, and how to use them, but because channels become congested rapidly, it has a dashboard-like function, and it would be fantastic if you could organize the channels in the workspaces.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is highly recommended for team information exchange since the guest function allows for simple interaction with people and commercial partners from various organizations. We were able to plan meetings with other firms and trade site-building materials with our business partners by using the guest feature. When using the group meeting function, there is no need to plan regular meetings, and the obstacles to communication over the phone are reduced, allowing for smooth teamwork on the project.

User friendly, reliable, quick, mobile friendly

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
The mobile app is what I feel differentiates Slack from its competitors. I stay in touch with my team when I'm not in front of my laptop/visiting clients with the Slack mobile app. It works great, has never crashed on me before.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The mobile app
What do you dislike most about this product?
The screensharing isn't the best as it isn't super responsive and the calling function doesn't work 100% of the time (as in sometimes I cannot hear my team mates)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes I would recommend this to someone who wants to use Slack to stay in touch and communicate with their team easily
