Great product for overall team communications

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It's very quick, easy to devices and makes the communication very smooth for all team members.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite part of Slack is the integration with all the apps as such as Hubspot, we get notified if a lead becomes MQL or SQL then and there which allows us to catch up within the time frame without missing opportunity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would say I really dont like calling or video calling from slack, it can be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For overall effective communication, Slack is the best platform out there in the market. It's very easy to use for all and does almost everything that we require from a communication platform.

A conventional chat tool with an excellent UI

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
This product is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about business chat solutions. In reality, I believe that the highly intuitive and easy-to-use UI, the wide range of collaboration with other programs, the convenience of file sharing, and so on are unrivaled. As you become more accustomed to it, you will be able to make minor business decisions only through Slack, leading to increased efficiency in remote work. Previously, emails and other business discussions were used for internal communication, and it was difficult to unify communication platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You may see if they are read faster by using Slack to distribute all known and shareable things and undertake stamp-based actions. Although Slack's feature is not a solution, there seems to have been a tendency to make optimal use of it because it is a commonly used application. With the introduction of Slack, internal standards were updated, and all internal communication is now done through Slack.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's tough to tell if you or someone else sent the message. Because just lines are visible on mobile device displays, add something like a bubble-like in Hangouts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because information transmission is so simple, business concerns and answers may be expressed promptly. Furthermore, posting headlines will be shown, making it easy to disseminate news. You may exchange chat messages, of course, but the group meeting, which was established this year, is far more convenient because text transmission is impossible, there is no bothersome exchange meeting, and you can converse and meet on the spot. Furthermore, due to its extensive engagement with third-party technology, Slack can incorporate all alerts.
