What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Vast integration with most mainstream applications out there. While there are multiple software solution with a similar functionality list to that of Slack, none can compare with Slack in terms of integrating with large numbers of third party applications. Thanks to Slacks integration with third party applications, we are bringing more context into our day to day communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to communicate and collaborate with external partners and collaborators, who are not a part of my company via Slack is currently my favorite aspect of Slack.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like to say that Slack is amongst an handful of software programs, with whom I am completely satisfied.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Companies with a critical niche of their workforce , spread across different locations definitely should be using Slack.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Accessibility and ease of use for me. There are a variety of ways through which I can navigate the Slack interface via my mobile phone , web browser or as a native desktop application . This makes my access to Slack very possible, from just about anywhere I find myself. Asides this, Slack provides me options to navigate the program using keyboard shortcuts if I decide to make less use of my mouse. Most importantly, Slack is very intuitive to navigate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with other applications, and the ease of access are aspects of Slack I dearly love.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Slacks video calling feature is very limited. This makes us rely more on mainstream video conferencing programs for all video call related activity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is a fantastic communication tool for teams, internal groups, departments and entire organizations. It puts together a collection of features needed to work more efficiently at work, especially for remote work.
