What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack is developed mainly for the communication purpose. It has thread base architecture, each thread consider has a group if we compare with other similar products. We used slack with the open source community, where we we interacting with maintainer of the community with this platform, we can directly message anybody from the team, we need access for many different things for example creating a group we need access. It represents as a channel and we can create channel for specific purpose.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the UI, and it's uniqueness with many different small functionality, it's not the other communication tool where everyone looks the same.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as such, I loved this product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is totally worth it, I saw many companies using slack as their main communication.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack has numerous options to create private channels, set reminders, audio calls with colleagues & team members. The unique feature is its integration with other cloud tools like JIRA & Google Calendar is very useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration of Slack with JIRA, Confluence & Google Calendar
What do you dislike most about this product?
When someone is offline, and their is no option to contact them, other than email.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the best tool for your team to work efficiently & collaboratively.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack provides all kinds of conversations either video calls, chatting, audio calls, huddle screen share. along with that slack also has customized gif video images attachment send features in chats.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack can integrate multiple applications like google calenders, zoom also we can have our custom bots to have self reminders or raise a Jira ticket.
What do you dislike most about this product?
After using it for more than 2 years I never find a single thing to dislike about slack it is the most ultimate tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend all organizations use slack for their business.
