What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
In the last three years of usage never saw downtime. Its intuitiveness increases the team to communicate well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with Jira is the best feature I liked. Another feature I always use is the Code tag which makes it easy to share code with the team members
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have any issues with slack
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If anyone is looking for a better tool for team communications on a day-to-day basis, there is no other tool except slack that provides you with all the features at a reasonable price.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack differentiates itself from similar software, in terms of the quality of features it provides users like myself. Features such as 'channels' and 'workflow builder' are mainly unique to Slack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use user interface on mobile phone, native desktop application and on web browser as well. Slacks integration with third party software applications , is another area of Slack I greatly love.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to dislike about Slack. It is a fantastic team collaboration tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Slack to all workplaces looking to be more efficient, in terms of remote collaboration.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack have multiple integrations with apps like zoom, calenders, Github, pager duty which helps us save our time by not moving on other applications and quickly solving our task at slack only we can also have custom bots in slack to manage some API endpoints.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack has a feature where we can message ourselves also have notes of our tasks or to-do. also, slack when integrated with Jira can create support tickets with technical details on the same thread.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In slack we can't reply to a reply text we can only reply to a thread.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend all organizations adopt slack as their default messaging tool.
