Easy to use but others do it better

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It is very similar One thing I did like was that slack has an easy to use chat button. when a guest is on slack it is difficult for them to navigate around and made it hard for us as a team to collab
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
being able to ping and get an email also having separate groups for people to commuicate
What do you dislike most about this product?
I found people did not get pinged when I would ping them

Excellent for messaging and message threads

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack is awesome for instant messaging. It includes channels which allow for organized conversation. It also supports message threads which keeps it very easy to read and use. Search works well too.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the message threads and channels, as well as the notifications for effective communication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that Slack does not have as many powerful capabilities compared to Microsoft Teams, such as integration with other products.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Slack for instant messaging needs that require organized conversations.
