My favorite aspect of this product is how easy it is to use. I have not had any issues while using it.

Some features do not work on the mobile app.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
The communication channels are so easy. You can connect multiple workspace and toggle between them with just 1 click. The support and features are just epic. It has greater user interface the customization level is too high we can alter the themes and chat settings in great way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack is a way for people to communicate in a single, simple platform, yet loaded with many features. It seems like A day does not go by without me discovering a new function. The ability to build up channels and communicate with more than one person simultaneously by inviting people all to a chat or by sharing in private is available
What do you dislike most about this product?
Do not dislike anything in particular in slack. However, there is one thing that will see as an improvement opportunity. I want a dedicated contact list appearing in either left or right section. I'm able to find the information by googling or poking around but it is an extra step.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can communicate with my staff, the staff can communicate with each other without using text with personal cell phone. I can easily update the entire staff so everyone has the same information
