What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
slack is very easy to use software, its work like WhatsApp and creating channels in slack is very easy, messaging team members is outstanding
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
channel feature is very good and its user interface for collaboration to team members is easy and Saved items will appear near the top of your left
What do you dislike most about this product?
its mobile application doesn't have many features just like desktop and web
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
you guys can work on mobile applications and their user interface also sometimes it doesn't work on low internet connection

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slackbot is my particular favourite. Use it as a private notepad, or to set reminders.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The app offers multiple themes for users to choose from, a luxury most consumer platforms don't even provide. Slack's bold use of color sets the tone for the user experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
chat history auto delete.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It looks simple, but it is really really well done. Covering any device.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
The consistency of message delivered, and the availability of both desktop and mobile capabilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Almost perfect uptime with very little service interruptions, and ability to carry conversation over to a call or video conference right in the same app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Search is almost non-existent. You are not able to find anything using the search function.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Determine how much instant message your company does, compare that to how vital instant messaging is to the value of the messages sent. Some companies may find instant messaging a waste of time, as opposed to other companies using instant messaging as a transparency tool.
