What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It is a very well created tool, with high technology that allows better communication on mobile devices between all those who belong to any business organization, be it small, medium, or even large.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software is very well developed, so it allows us simple communication between the entire business group, being quick and easy to interact.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What is lacking, in our opinion, is to improve the learning part for beginners, that is a bit wrong, there should be more facility to explain.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For all types of organizations that want to have good, easy and simple communication with all staff, allowing all business control.

As a Slack user I can take a direct look at the world of applications to start my day right from the home page. Slack is known for its huge list of integrations. These bot apps like Polly, Doodle Bot, Geekbot, Kyber, Statsbot, Timebot, Attendance bot, Leevbot help users like virtual team members to manage tasks smoothly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support teams resolve issues and share product knowledge. It enables users to collaborate with more powerful integrations for faster customer inquiry resolutions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack as a freemium app has pricing plans to suit everyone's needs. Offers a limited number of features for free for an unlimited period of time. To experience the full-level feature stack, you need to opt for paid plans. Slack comes with three different pricing plans of Standard, Plus, and Enterprise Grid with features segregated based on each.
